Berry Toast

Not feeling well? Or feeling to lazy to cook? So here’s another super easy breakfast recipe for you. I always love toast, all kind of toast. This is another toast-creation i love to make. There’re always some berries in my fridge! I always buy strawberries and blueberries. They never go wrong. You can make lots of smoothies, mix it with your favorite granola or cereal or making a toast! I chose brown toast for today (feeling a bit guilty after having not-so-clean food for the past weeks), spread it with low-fat cream cheese (this is another i regular buy and keep them in reach!) and finally topped with berries cut into half. You may add a drizzle of honey, just to enhance the flavor! This berry toast really went well with Earl grey tea! I got this lovely tea packaging and a little house tea filter from my previous Sri Lanka trip. How cute!

Baked eggs in avocado

Wakey wakey! all of you sleepy heads! Here is one of my favorite breakfast dish. Just perfect for a lazy Sunday morning like this. Baked eggs in avocado is definitely  high in omega-3 for those who looking for something healthy to start your day off! The recipe is super easy. Just scoop out the avocado (around 2-3 tablespoons or just enough for an egg to fit in perfectly) and crack the egg in the hole. Be careful not to spill it. You may season pepper and salt as you like! Then bake it in the oven for about 15 mins at 220 C. Don’t over bake therefor the avocado will burn out (just like mine *sad* ). For serving, you can add Parma ham with toasted baguette. Yum yum! Having a good start to your day is really meant something for me. I always choose to have quite fancy breakfast and sometimes i always match the music with my mood. Like for today i chose Kate Nash, an English songwriter. I love the her beautiful vocal and rebelling lyrics! …
